Using Instructions
LENGTH ADJUSTMENT:
To adjust the length of the heelpieces, screwing or unscrewing the adjustment
screw (6) to slide heel parts.
Be careful to use the torque limiter if you use a drill driver device.
GAP BETWEEN HEELPIECE AND BOOT
A 4mm gap must be respected between the boot insert and the heelpiece
housing.
This 4mm gap is set with the spacer provided with the bindings.
TOE PIECE
The SUMMIT bindings are equipped with a locking system on each toe piece.
This locker can be in two positions: either WALK (locked) or SKI (Unlocked).
When the toe piece is stepped-into, it is automatically in ski mode.
CARRYING AND STORAGE
During all the time of carrying, putting off skins, relaxing time on summit,
bindings must always be in WALK mode in order to limit ice storage under the
toe piece. Otherwise, it could be more difficult to step in.
STORAGE BETWEEN TWO SEASONS
Bindings must be dry, clean and with grease. Close the toe lever (3) and
decrease release value of the heel piece.
