USER MANUAL
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Pneumatic device use general safety recommendations:
In order to minimise the risk of injury caused by the
stream of compressed air, please ensure compliance with
safety instructions when using this device. Please read
the instruction carefully and make sure that you have
understood it well. Keep the manual near the equipment to
be able to read it at any time.
Always use the device in a safe place, where there is no
risk of anyone stepping on, tripping over or damaging the
air feed hose. Before connecting and disconnecting the air
hose to the pneumatic device and when changing the tool
always close the air valve and release the air remaining in
the system using the release valve. The hose should not
be in contact with electrical cables etc.. Do not exceed the
maximum permissible operating pressure.
Switch the device off immediately if there are any
irregularities in its operation. When not in use, disconnect
the compressed air source. No internal element of this
device needs to be maintained by the user. An opening of
the device without our approval leads to a loss of warranty.

(including children) with limited physical, sensory
or mental aptitude or lack of experience and/or
knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or have received
instruction from this person as to how the device is
used.

Clean the device regularly to avoid a durable
encrustation of dirt.

Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing
or jewellery. They can get caught in moving
parts. Rubbergloves and non-skid footwear are
recommended
when
working
outdoors.

If working in cold conditions wear warm clothes and
ensure hands are warm and dry.

Secure work area. It is recommended to use clamps
or a vice for fixation. Please pay special attention to
your hands when operating the machine!

Do not place the device close to combustible

Do not overreach yourself. Keep proper footing and
balance at all times.

Hold the machine firmly in both hands.
13.
Switch off the machine and disconnect the cable
before
performing
maintenance
or
accessories.
14.
Stay alert when operating the machine. Do not
operate tool when you are tired.
15.
Check damaged parts. Before further use of the
tool, any part of the casing or other parts that are
damaged should be carefully checked to determine
that they will operate properly and perform their
intended function. Check for alignment of moving
parts, mounting, and any other conditions that may
affect its operation.
16.
Do not touch movable parts or accessories unless the
power source has been disconnected.
17.
At locations where there is a high risk of mechanical
damage use a reinforced hose for compressed air
connections.
18.
Use a flexible connection hose.
19.
Do not direct the air stream at yourself, other people
or animals.
20.
Compressed air may cause serious injury.
21.
Before each use ensure the nozzle is correctly
mounted in the device and that the hose is correctly
attached and undamaged.
22.
The air should be used to supply the unit, it is
forbidden to use other gases.
23.
Only use nozzles designed for use with impact tools.
24.
Avoid unintentional starting. Don't carry plugged-
in tool with finger on switch. Be sure the tool is
switched off when plugging it in.
25.
Never transporting the unit by holding the
connection hose.
26.
When using the device the operator may experience
and
a feeling of discomfort in the hands, shoulders, neck
and other parts of the body. If the operator notices
the following symptoms: reoccurring feeling of
discomfort, pulsating pain, muscle pains, pins and
needles, numbness, stiffness or heat flushes, then
report to a supervisor immediately and consult
qualified medical staff.

Exposure to vibrations may damage the nerves and
the circulation system in the hands and shoulders.

If numbness, pins and needles or paleness of the
fingers or hands occur, stop working, report to
a supervisor and immediately consult qualified
medical staff.
29.
Use of incorrect sockets and couplers results in
a significant increase in vibrations.

Keep hands away from cold air.

USAGE PURPOSE
The ratchet is used for tightening and loosening threaded
bolts using appropriate impact sockets This is a tool for
assembly and repair works

BEFORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for
integrity and open it. If the packaging is damaged, please
contact your trans¬port company and distributor within 3
days, and document the damages as detailed as possible.
Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting
the package, please ensure that it is kept horizontal and

AIR PREPARATION
For the pneumatic device to function properly, correct
preparation of the compressed air supplied to it is
necessary. Use of an air treatment unit is recommended. It
comprises an air dyer, regulator and a grease cup.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device

should be prevented when transporting it. Store it in
a properly ventilated location with dry air and without any
corrosive gas.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Disconnect from air source before commencing
cleaning.

Do not wipe plastic parts with solvent. Solvents such

as gasoline, thinner, benzene, alcohol, ammonia and
oil may damage and crack plastic parts. Do not wipe
them with such solvents. Wipe plastic parts with
a soft cloth lightly dampened with soapy water.
If used on a daily basis, put a few drops of oils
designed for pneumatic devices into the air intake
(7). Then connect source of compressed air and
activate the device for a moment for the oil to spread
on the inside.
