6.2 Initiation

To turn the Mini-Camrecorder in PIR housing on / off, press and hold the power button for at
least 2 seconds.
The default menu language is english. To change the language choose in the
main menu the item POWER ON SETUP. Here you can change the language of the
menu.
After successful start-up the recorder shows the live view. If schedule recording has been
programmed the recorder will automatically continue this schedule.
During recording the REC LED is flashing slowly.
If the symbol is showed, the SD-Card has been recognized correctly and the recorder is
ready. If the SD-Card cannot be recognized the REC LED flashes red.
In this case please format the SD-Card.
If the write protection of the SD-Card is activated, it is only possible to read recorded data.
Attention
Never remove the SD-Card during the boot process. This can lead to permanent damage of
recorded data.

6.3 Live view

If the video output of the Mini-Camrecorder in PIR-Housing is connected with a monitor, you
can view the live images on the monitor. Thereby following information is shown:
