Processus de montage
Préparer les fondations en suivant les côtes
définies par rapport au positionnement du moteur.
Sortir le moteur du caisson, positionner le caisson au
niveau du sol, et l'aligner avec les gonds du portail.
Perforer le caisson et installer la gaine pour le
branchement électrique.
Une boîte de dérivation est nécessaire pour le
branchement.
Prepare the foundations according to the overall
dimensions given in (2) and the positioning option (4).
Take the motor out of the box and position the box in
the hole flush with general ground level and align it
with the gate hinges as shown.
Drill a hole in the box for the supply cable and fit the
cable grommet and cable trunking or conduit.
Emboîter le tube plastique au centre du caisson,
puis la plaque de maitien sur le caisson ceci afin
d'éviter la déformation du caisson. Maintenir celle-ci
sur le bord du caisson avec du ruban adhésif.
Sceller définitivement le caisson avec du béton et
laisser la plaque de maintien accessible. Vérifier le
niveau du caisson.
Fit the plastic reinforcing tube in the center of
box, then fit the protective lid, this is to prevent the
deformation of the box during installation.
Seal the edge of box with adhesive tapeand backfill
the surrounding hole with concrete, keeping the
protective lid clear of any spillages.

Proceso de montaje
Maak het gat op basis van de bovenstaande
gegevens (4 en 5). Neem de motor uit de behuizing
en plaats de behuizing waterpas in het gat.
Boor een gat in de behuizing voor de kabel naar de
elektronische
besturingskast
en
breng
de
beschermingstule en trekontlasting aan.
Bepaal de plaats van de elektronische besturingskast
en aan de hand daarvan de loop van de kabels naar
beide motoren.
Prepare el lugar en el que instalará el motor en
función de las cotas del operador (4) y de la posición
de instalación (5).
Quite el motor de la caja de Polipropileno y coloque
esta última en el agujero y alinearla con los goznes de
la cancela tal y como se muestra en el dibujo.
Realizar un agujero en la caja de polipropileno para
pasar el cable de alimentación. Para la conexión de
los cables es necesario utilizar una regleta.

Zorg ervoor dat alle bekabeling is aangebracht naar
de motoren. Vul het overgebleven gat weer op en hou
de bovenkant van de beschermkap schoon..
Coloque el tubo de plástico de refuerzo en el
centro de la caja de polipropileno, seguidamente
ponga la tapa de protección, esto evitará la
deformación de la caja durante la instalación.
Selle en contorno de la caja con cinta adhesiva y
rellene con hormigón el agujero, con cuidado de no
salpicar la tapa de protección.
