Software Update
Step 6 On the Properties window:
1. Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
to select it.
2. Click Properties.
Step 7 On the TCP/IPv4 Properties window:
1. Select Use the following IP address:.
2. Type 2.255.0.0 into the IP address bar.
3. Press <Tab> on your keyboard. The Subnet
mask bar should automatically populate as
255.0.0.0. If not, then enter it manually.
4. Ignore the Default gateway bar.
Step 8 1. View the Home Screen on the NEXT NXT-1.
(see Home Screen)
2. Open the internet browser on the computer.
3. Enter the IP address from the NEXT NXT-1
display into the URL bar of the internet browser.
(For example, if the display of the product reads
2.200.197.180, enter 2.200.197.180 into the URL
bar of the internet browser.)
Step 9 On the Authentication Required window:
1. Enter admin as both the User Name and
Password. No capital letters.
2. Press Log In on the screen, or <Enter> on the
keyboard.
If the user name and password do not work, reset the
product to factory defaults. (see Factory Reset)
Step 10 On the page that appears, click Upgrade.
