3. Betrieb
Beim Betrieb und der Steuerung gehen wir in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung vom Standard Schaltschrank
aus. Sollten Sie einen speziellen Schaltschrank
besitzen, informieren Sie sich bitte in der dort
mitgelieferten Bedienungsanleitung über die
Funktionsweise.
Bevor Sie den Dantherm Schaltschrank in Betrieb
nehmen, kontrolieren Sie bitte die Einstellung
des Kompressorthermorlais!
Die Einstellung sollte wie folgt sein:
CD 40 3x400V :
3.1 A
CD 40 1x230V :
8.9 A
CD 50 3x400V :
3.8 A
CD 50 3x230V :
8.0 A
Die weiteren Komponenten des Schaltschrankes
haben folgende Funktionen:
- Hauptschalter (1):
In der Stellung "OFF" ist das gesammte Gerät
ausgeschaltet, lediglich die grüne Kontrollampe
leuchtet.
In der Stellung "AUTO" wird der Kompressor über den
Hygrostaten der Anlage gesteuert. Der Ventilator
läuft im Dauerbetrieb.
In der Stellung "FAN" ist der Kompressor abgeschaltet
und nur der Ventilator läuft im Dauerbetrieb.
- Grüne Kontrollampe (2):
Diese Lampe signalisiert, das der Schaltschrank an
die Versorgungsspannung angeschlossen ist.
- Rote Kontrollampe (3):
Diese Lampe leuchtet, falls das Kompressor-
thermorelais F1.2. oder der Pressostat das Gerät
abgeschaltet hat. Siehe hierzu Abschnitt 6.

3. Operation
With regard to operation and control this instruction
manual assumes the use of a standard switchbox. If
you have a non-standard switchbox please refer to
the instructions for use as supplied.
Before operating the Dantherm switchbox, please
check the compressor thermorelay settings!
The settings should be as follows:
CD 40 3x400V :
3.1 A
CD 40 1x230V :
8.9 A
CD 50 3x400V :
3.8 A
CD 50 3x230V :
8.0 A
The other components of the switchbox have the
following functions:
- Main switch (1):
In the "OFF" position the whole unit is switched off,
and only the green control lamp is lit.
In the "AUTO" position the compressor is controlled
by the hygrostat. The fan runs continuously.
In the "FAN" position, the compressor is switched off
but the fan runs continuously.
- Green control lamp (2):
This lamp indicates that the switchbox is connected to
the mains electricity supply.
- Red control lamp (3):
This lamp will light up if the compressor thermorelay
F1.2 or the pressostat have cut out. See Section 6.
