▪ TIP: You can place the trays in two different ways, which will give you more space or less space in
between the trays (see picture on packaging and on page 2). You can adjust the difference – more
or less space in between the trays – by placing the trays reversed (turn around 180° horizontally).
▪ Cover the appliance with the lid. De lid always needs to be on top of the appliance during its use.
▪ Plug in the power cord.
▪ Push the on/off switch.
▪ Choose the correct temperature.
▪ When the drying time is over: put the thermostat on the lowest position and turn off the
appliance. Let the ingredients cool off. If you wish to save the dried products: put them in a tin or
storage bag and put them in the freezer.
ATTENTION: We advice you to place all the trays, when using the appliance, regardless the
amount of empty trays. If some trays are empty, put the filled trays on top.
ATTENTION: Was hand dry the food before putting it in the dehydrator. Do NOT put wet
ingredients in the dehydrator.
ATTENTION: NEVER use more than 5 trays simultaneously and NEVER use the appliance longer
than 72 hours.

DRYING TIME AND TEMPERATURES
Drying food is an excellent way to conserve it.
Hot air with an adjustable temperature circulates on the inside of the appliance, between the
trays and the ingredients that you wish to dry. In this way, the loss of vitamins is reduced to a
minimum and the ingredients are dried evenly. You can enjoy dried fruits, vegetables, nuts,... -
and all of that without any conservatives !
