- Page 17 GEBRAUCH UND BEDIENUNG • Klappen Sie die Schlittenplatte herunter. Fixieren Sie diese mittels der Schieber an beiden Seiten des Geräts. • Platzieren Sie anschließend den Schlitten und Restebehälter. Mit dem Regelungsknopf können Sie die gewünschte Schneidedicke (in mm) einstellen. • Platzieren Sie die Auffangschale aus Kunststoff unter die Schneidemaschine und schieben Sie dann die Nahrung gegen die Anschlagplatte (1) mittels des Schlittens.
