The proposed pressure reducer also has a pressure gauge to
measure the pressure of the exiting water.
6.6 HIGH PRESSURE HYDRAULIC CONNECTION
The standard version of the machine comes with threaded G3/8"M
water outlet connection with internal counterbore.
A threaded G1/2"M outlet adapter is also provided in a separate bag.
We recommend using hoses for high-pressure networks
having the following characteristics:
•
Diameter not less than DN5 (3/16");
•
Maximum operating temperature not less than 50⁰C;
Rupture pressure: 700 bar.
•
We recommend installing an HP valve at each end of the line.
The valve is used to flush out any water remaining whenever
the system is stopped, thus removing any residues and scale
deposits that could plug the nozzles.
This valve must be installed outside the plant to prevent water
from accumulating on the plant floor when it is opened.
The max. operating pressure of the end-of-line valve must be at
least 100 bar
6.7 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION

First make sure that the machine's main switch and the mains power
switch are set to "OFF" and then make the electrical connections.
The nebulization group is protected with a thermal overload relay with
reset button and an additional thermal protection is built into the
motor to protect it.
Be careful when calculating the section of the electric wires, length
of cables and type of power supply according to the machine power
requirements.
6.8 SETTING TIMER TO TRIP THE PRESSURE SWITCH
The nebulization group has a timer that, after a certain delay, enables
the pressure switch to control the pressure of the water exiting the
machine pump. This control is a safety element required to stop the
machine if water leaks or there is an inlet water failure.
Based on the number of nozzles in the network, it takes the
nebulization group a few seconds to bring the water pressure value
up to operating levels. This is why the pressure switch must initially
be disabled.
More specifically, the nebulization group comes with the default
timer delay set to approximately 6 seconds. If the water pressure has
not reached the minimum value of 25 bar within this time, the
pressure switch trips and stops the machine.
1260l/h
The first recommendation is to reduce the number of nozzles in the
network.
380-3
However, for specific applications and under the responsibility of the
4.0
installer, the pressure switch delay may be modified.
Check the data plate on the machine. Make sure that the
machine's required power supply voltage and frequency
correspond to what is supplied by the mains.
The nebulization group must be connected to a differential
circuit breaker compliant with current regulations.
The catalogue of optional accessories also includes optional
circuit breakers which do not have the differential function.
Do not use electrical cables having a cross-section of less
than 2.5 mm.
We recommend using a remote control that can drive the
nebulization group according to temperature and/or humidity
requirements.
The timer system should be connected as the Remote
Control (RC) shown in the wiring diagram at the end of
this manual.
Do not exceed 8-10 hours of daily operation.
