4.2 INSTALLATION
WARNING
Before proceeding with the installation, carefully read
the following warnings. Non-compliance with these
warnings could result in injury, death or damage to the
equipment.
The machine is delivered with its handle folded to save space; loosen
the knobs, position the handle and then tighten down the knobs.
5. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUPPLY
Below is a list of the contents of the package delivered to the
customer. If you find that any of the parts listed below are missing,
please contact the reseller immediately. To avoid losing it during
shipping, the spanner has been inserted in the bag containing the
technical documents.

holder
• 1 rubber hose ¾"; 1.5mt; 10bar
• 1 brass hose holder
• 2 clamps for rubber hose
• 1 reduction fitting ½"M - ⅜"F

6. OPERATOR INSTRUCTIONS
6.1 CHECKS TO BE PERFORMED BEFORE INSTALLING THE
NEBULIZATION GROUP
WARNING
Make certain that all hydraulic, electrical and mechanical
guards required by local regulations are installed correctly
and in good condition.
6.2 OPERATING DIAGRAM.
The electrically-powered nebulization group delivers water at a
pressure of 70 bar (1,015 PSI) to a network of nebulization nozzles to
cool ventilated rooms.
Below is a general diagram of its operation:
1. Water mains;
2. Water filter unit with downstream pressure gauge;
3. Water pressure stabilizer/reducer with downstream pressure
gauge (optional);
4. Nebulization group;
5. High pressure water hose;
6. Nebulizer nozzles;
7. End-of-line valve.

Each nebulization group can handle a maximum and minimum
number of nozzles, according to the pump water flow rate and
capacity of the nozzles at a pressure of 70 bar.
Before installation, make certain that the machine model is suitable
for the network of nozzles to be installed. If the Manufacturer's
accessories are used, see the table below:

6.3 POSITIONING AND WORKPLACE
The nebulization group must be set in a technical room, protected
from the weather and not in direct contact with the animals.
The temperature inside the room should never fall below 3ºC or
exceed 40ºC.
Secure the machine on a wall — preferably in concrete free of any
cracks — using 4 metal anchors and 8MA screws (Ø14mm hole),
using the supplied template to position the anchors.
For masonry of different materials, use a suitable
system to ensure that the machine is secured properly.
Once the machine has been installed, replace the red cap on
the pump with the oil dipstick (yellow plug) separately
supplied.
6.4 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE WATER MAINS
The nebulization group requires the use of potable water
from the mains.
