It is good practice to connect all equipments before to switch on.
A/ Wiring :
[ The first time, connect C to your computer using RJ45 port (LAN on the rear panel).
Be careful, it may be necessary to use a crossover cable for older network cards.
B/ Starting :
[ Stand alone :
CDM510 has an embedded web server, allowing you to control it with your favorite web browser (at least IE9,
Firefox 34, Chrome 2.2).
Open your web browser, enter the IP address of the CDM (or directly the host name "CDM510/") in the address bar,
then press enter.

You can now access Web pages, to configure the equipment, which network settings. For the connection to the
device, an authentification is required for security measures.
Attention, in case of difficulties, follows the procedure in "technical tools"» annex.
[ Use on a net :
Use an Ethernet cable to connect your CDM to the network using its RJ45 port.
Warning: To work correctly, the CDM's IP address must be unique in the subnetwork on the one hand, and it must
also belong to the available IP address range on the other hand.
If the PC or router, on which the CDM will be connected, is in another subnetwork, the PC must be placed in the
same subnetwork as the CDM, and then change its IP. To do this, refer to the procedure described in the appendix
under "technical tools".
