3. Additional safety warnings

• Always keep all labels on the device
clean and readable.
• Only use the device for domestic pur-
poses and in the way indicated in this
manual. The device is not designed for
continuous, professional use.
• Keep hands and clothes away from the
rod and the plunger area. Otherwise
your fingers or clothes may be pinched.
• Hold the tool firmly.
• Always work in a well ventilated area
and wear proper protections in accord-
ance with the operation.
• When operating the adhesive gun over-
head, do not have the plunger rod in the
path of your eyes or head. The plunger
rod may slip back in the direction of the
user. Always wear eye protection when
using the adhesive gun. Please note
that when applied, the sealant can
come off and fall into your eye. Use eye
protection when using the caulking gun.
• Always work in properly ventilated area
and wear appropriate respiratory pro-
tection if necessary. Fumes from some
caulks and adhesives can be noxious.
• Only use accessories that are recom-
mended by the manufacturer for your
model. Accessories that may be suita-
ble for one tool may be hazardous when
used on another tool. The use of
improper accessories may cause risk of
injury to persons.
• Take care not to get caulk or adhesive
on battery contact points.
• Always read and follow all manufactur-
er's instructions regarding caulk or
adhesive. Failure to do so may result in
personal injury.
Electrical safety

• Always switch off the tool before install-
ing or removing of the battery cartridge.

4. Before first use

Remove the device and all additional parts
out of the packaging. Check all parts for
damage in transit and do not use a dam-
aged device. Keep packaging materials out

of reach of children. There is risk of
suffocation!

5. Contents of packing

6. Intended use

This caulking gun is designed for dispens-
ing caulking or filling material. It is intended
for domestic use and is not designed for
commercial, trade or industrial use.

7. To install or remove the AA

batteries
To install:
7.1
• Open the battery cover (6) by sliding the
slide button (7) along with the direction
of the arrow which is shown on the slide
button (Refer to Fig. B).
• Slide 4x AA batteries (not provided) into
the battery port in proper order, please
notice the place of + and − when plac-
ing the batteries.
• Reset the battery cover (6) until it locks
in place with a little click and the batter-
ies are secured in the product before
beginning operation.
To remove:

• Open the battery cover (6) and remove
the batteries from the tool.
WARNING: Discarded batteries must be
disposed in accordance with local
regulations.
WARNING: If you do not use the tool for a
long time, you need to remove the battery
form this tool. Under extreme usage or
temperature conditions, battery leakage
may occur. If liquid comes in contact with
your skin, wash immediately with soap and
water. If liquid gets into your eyes, flush
them with clean water for at least 10 min-
utes, then seek immediate medical atten-
tion. Following this rule will reduce the risk
of serious personal injury.
