Protective Covers

Depending on the product variant, this optional accessory is included in the
package or can be ordered separately.
• Set with protective covers (protection against contact, dust, and pollution):
– Protective cover (P) for the input terminals (high voltage)
– Cable support sleeves (G) for high-voltage cables (high-voltage input)
– Protective cover (O) for output terminals and power supply
(low voltage)
The protective cover on the input terminals secures the cable support sleeves
(G). In addition, the protective covers protect the input and output terminals
of the voltage presence detector against contact and pollution. The reduced
contamination under the protective covers improves the insulation proper-
ties of the voltage presence detector.

Mounting the Protective Covers

• Mount the protective cover (O) for output terminals and power supply by
sliding it along the guiding edges. Attach protective covers (P) and (O) to
the voltage presence detector using the two captive screws (N).
