Removing an accessory
from Gateway
• Select Yes in the SmartControl line and place the
cursor in the line for the accessory that is to be
removed from the wireless system.
• Press the OK button (' Pair' is shown on the line)
and then use the down arrow button to move to
position ' Remove '. Confirm using the OK button.
The accessory has now been removed from the
system.
Example
In the example shown on the right, the combined
sensor (temperature/carbon dioxide/humidity) has
been connected to the system via channel 1. The
description "435d" corresponds to the last four
hexadecimal digits of the sensor's product ID and it is
unique to each accessory.
The solid bars shows the signal strength between the
sensor and Gateway. If a repeater is used to amplify
the sensor signal, the bars will instead represent the
reception between the repeater and Gateway. The
figure 14 represents the time in seconds since the
sensor last reported to the base unit.
In addition, two multi-buttons (ID: 2eae and 110b:
Button 2-channel ) have been defined on channels 4
and 5.
45.1.3
Define Remote control
functions for multi-button
The remote control functions are shown in the menu
Advanced/Define system/Remote control.
EN
For a description of the functions, see Installation and
Maintenance Manual for the main product.
In this example, the function Reduced ventilation (Vent.
Reduced ) is linked to position B on the button (ID:
2eae) that has been defined in channel 4 in the Define
SmartControl menu.
The function starts when you press the button to
position B. Pressing A (opposite position) instead
activates the ventilation mode Forced (Vent. Forced) .
Ventilation returns to Normal mode or Customised after
a run-on time of 30 min (factory setting).
The function Away mode (Vent. Away ) is connected to
the button (ID: 110b) that has been defined in channel
5. The function starts when you press the button to
position A and stops when you press B (opposite
position). This function does not have a run-on time
and can therefore only be stopped manually.
