Steam production: As soon as the oven reaches a temperature
of 90°C, the injection of water becomes possible. A pressure on
the knob gives an injection of water of 10 seconds.

The rear heating elements and the and ensure uniform heating.
Position 2: Turbo Quartz®
The quartz tubes are regulated by the thermostat and the fan
spreads the heat out evenly.

The fan operates alone and by mixing the air makes it possible to
obtain fast defrosting.
Timer: 120 minutes with a setting for non-stop use.
