DESCRIZIONE DI FUNZIONAMENTO

5.1

Funzioni principali

Nei paragrafi seguenti vengono elencate le funzioni principali
della tastiera, utilizzabili per la gestione delle chiamate nelle
varie zone di ascolto.
A)

Chiamata generale

Premere il tasto ALL [6] e di seguito tenere premuto il tasto
[5]. Il led BUSY [10] lampeggierà per pochi secondi ad indicare
la presenza del segnale di preavviso (din-don).
Al termine del segnale di preavviso il led si spegnerà.
L'attivazione del microfono verrà evidenziata dall'accensione
della ghiera luminosa [20] sul microfono stesso.
Sul display si illumineranno i led delle zone abbinate alle schede
relè di zona effettivamente installate nel Sistema Modulare.
Al rilascio del pulsante [5], verrà terminata la chiamata e la
ghiera luminosa si spegnerà.
B) Chiamata di una o più zone di ascolto
Dalla postazione è possibile effettuare un'annuncio diretto ad
una singola zona di ascolto oppure a più zone in contemporanea.
Per selezionare una zona (il led relativo si illumina) compresa tra
1 e 9, è sufficiente premere il tasto corrispondente sul tastierino
numerico.
Si tenga presente che ripremendo lo stesso tasto la zona viene
deselezionata ed il led relativo si spegne.
Per selezionare una zona compresa tra 10 e 36, è necessario
premere il tasto della decina seguito da quello dell'unità
(ad esempio per la zona n° 26 sarà necessario premere il tasto
2- seguito dal tasto 6).
Selezionando la decina, il led relativo inizierà a lampeggiare,
indicando all'utente quale decina è stata selezionata.
Nel momento in cui verrà completata la selezione dell'unità, il led
relativo alla zona scelta si illuminerà in modo fisso.
NOTA
Sul display si illumineranno i led delle zone abbinate alle schede
relè di zona effettivamente installate nel Sistema Modulare.
Una volta compiuta la scelta delle zone di ascolto, tenere
premuto il tasto [5]: la ghiera luminosa [20] sul microfono si
accende ad indicare l'attivazione dello stesso.
Per terminare la chiamata, rilasciare il tasto [5].
C)

Annullamento di una selezione

In caso di selezione errata l'utente potrà annullare l'operazione
premendo semplicemente il tasto 0.
D)

Chiamata interfono

Per effettuare una chiamata interfono è sufficiente tenere
premuto (senza aver prima selezionato alcuna zona) il tasto
[5]. La base chiamante invierà a tutte le basi collegate (con
interfono abilitato, vedi par. 5.2, punto F) un triplo segnale
acustico (BEEP) e sarà quindi possibile inviare messaggi senza
impegnare la linea di diffusione degli altoparlanti.
Per la funzione interfono, il volume d'ascolto è pre-impostato.
E)

Ascolto degli annunci

tramite altoparlante interno

Quando un'altra base sta effettuando una chiamata,
l'altoparlante [9] permette all'operatore di ascoltare la chiamata
in corso. Per regolare il volume di ascolto, è sufficiente tenere
premuto il tasto + o -.
I led da 2 a 9 indicheranno il volume impostato (2 = max,
9 = 0).

DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION

5.1

Main functions

The main functions of the keyboard are listed below.
They can be used to manage the calls in the various different
listening zones.
A)

All call

Press the ALL key [6] and then press the [5] key and hold it
down. The BUSY LED [10] will flash for a few seconds to
indicate the presence of the warning signal (chime).
After the end of the warning signal the LED will extinguish.
Activation of the microphone will be highlighted by the ring
[20] on the microphone lighting up.
On the display the LED's of the zones combined with the zone
relay cards actually installed in the Modular System will light up.
When the push-button [5] is released, the call will be terminated
and the lighted ring will extinguish.
B)

Calling one or more listening zones

It is possible to make an announcement from a station, sending
it to a single listening zone or to several zones at the same
time.
To select a zone (the LED associated with it will light up) between
1 and 9, it is sufficient to press the corresponding key on the
numerical keypad.
It should be kept in mind that if the same key is pressed again,
the zone in question will be unselected and the LED in question
will extinguish.
To select a zone between 10 and 36, it is necessary to press
the key referred to the decades followed by the key referred
to the units (for example, for zone n° 26 it will be necessary to
press key 2- followed by key 6).
When the decade is selected the corresponding LED will start
to flash, indicating to the user which decade has been selected.
As soon as the selection of the unit has been completed, the
LED referring to the chosen zone will light up steadily.
NOTE
On the display the LED's of the zones associated with the zone
relay cards actually installed in the Modular System will light up.
Once the choice of the listening zones has been made, keep
the key [5] depressed. The ring [20] on the microphone will
light up to indicate that it has been activated.
To end the call release the key [5].
C)

Cancelling a selection

If an incorrect selection has been made, the user can cancel
this operation simply by pressing the 0 key.
D)

Intercom call

To make an intercom call it is sufficient to keep the key [5]
depressed (without having selected any zone beforehand).
The calling base will send a triple acoustic signal (beep) to all
the connected bases for which the intercom is enabled (see
paragraph 5.2, point F), and it will then be possible to send
messages without seizing the broadcasting line of the
loudspeakers. The listening volume for the intercom function is
pre-set.
E) Listening to the announcements
through the internal loudspeaker
When another base is making a call, the loudspeaker [9] can
be used by the operator to listen in on the call in progress.
To adjust the listening volume it is sufficient to keep the + or
- depressed.
LED's 2 to 9 will indicate the volume level that has been set
(2 = max, 9 = 0).
