1 to 63
The lower this number the quicker the datalogger scan.

Reinitialisation of set-up
Defines a set-up by default.
12.5 Measurement Menu
•
Starts measurement
Launches the start of the measurement
The Start icon becomes inactive
The Stop icon becomes active
The central led of the datalogger flashes
The status of the datalogger is read
Before launching a measurement start, remember to save the previous measurements in a T15 type
file as these will be lost after confirming « start ».
•
Stop measurement
Stops the measurement
The Stop icon becomes inactive
The Start icon becomes active
The central led of the datalogger does not flash
The status of the datalogger is read (the measurement stopped followed by the measurement
number appears)
•
Read datalogger measurement
The measurements made by the datalogger are transferred to the PC
If the memory is full this operation can take a minute
You are advised to read the measurements after clicking on Stop (when the measurements are
stopped).
•
Instantaneous measurement
This is a « voltmeter » function
Periodical reading of the channels selected of the datalogger and the battery voltage
When the battery low message appears, there is at least 3 weeks of autonomy left (the battery low
detection threshold is set at 3.2V)
As the internal resistance of the battery is high, the voltage of 3.6V is not reached even with a new
battery.
•
Real time measurement
The TR1500 software periodically asked for a new instantaneous measurement and draws it on the
chart. Period is programmable from 1second up to 1hour. When the acquisition is finished the chart
can be processed exactly like a normal memory acquisition (save, create a text file, ...)
Caution: with this measurement mode, the IR link and microprocessor of the datalogger are always
working: the battery life will be drastically reduced (less than 500hours with a 2secondes sampling
period).
The total number of measurement points is programmable from 10 up to 20000
A percentage give the number of last points displayed on the screen.
A check box "pause" allows to stop the chart refresh, while the measurement continue. This is used
to examine the points already acquired.
If the sampling rate is too fast the message "overload" appears .The time axis is loosed some points
are not present.
