The drain pump filter is
clogged, or the drain hose is
kinked.

the drum or the laundry is in

unstable.
Ensure that the transit
bolts have been
removed. Refer to the
"Installation" section.
Clean the drain
pump filter (refer to
the "Cleaning and
maintenance" section)
and check that the
drain hose is not
kinked.
Refer to the "Preparing
for washing" section.
Remove the laundry
in the event of an
overload and ensure
that the quantity of
laundry in the drum
is not excessive and
that the laundry is not
knotted.
Check that the
appliance has been
levelled correctly and
adjust the feet using a
spirit level if necessary.
