The door is incorrectly
closed, or a garment is
trapped in the door.
The drain hose is kinked.
The drain pump filter is
clogged.
The end of the drain hose
is too low in relation to the

The water supply hose and/
or drain hose is damaged.
The type of detergent is
not suitable or there is
an excessive quantity of
detergent.
Level the appliance by
correctly adjusting the
feet.
Remove the transit
bolts.
Add laundry to the

Ensure that nothing

Open the water supply

Check and close the
