IMPORTANT: the transit bolts serve to prevent any internal damage during transport;
these must be removed before operating the washing machine! If not, the appliance will
be damaged, and this is not covered by the warranty.
1.
Unscrew the transit bolts by turning them anti-clockwise using an appropriate
spanner.
2.
Remove the 4 bolts and washers from their housing by pulling them out with pliers.
3.
Put them in a safe place so they can be reused if needed.
4.
Plug the holes with the plastic caps provided.
CAUTION: never transport the appliance without the transit bolts correctly in place!
COMMENT: proceed in reverse to reinsert the transit bolts with a view to transporting
the washing machine.
Installation site
•
Place the product on a flat, rigid floor. Never install your appliance on a carpet or rug:
air must be able to circulate freely around the appliance.
•
When the washing machine and tumble drier are stacked, place them on a flat, solid
floor with a sufficient load-bearing capacity.
•
The appliance must be placed on a resistant floor (that can bear the weight of the
appliance), the surface of which is clean and dry in order to prevent the appliance
sliding.
•
Be sure not to place the appliance on its power cord.
•
Ensure that the washing machine is not touching the wall or surrounding furniture.
•
Do not install your appliance in a room where the temperature is 0°C or below. For
optimum operation, install your appliance in a living room.
•
To reduce vibrations and noise, it is recommended a space be left around the washing
machine.
•
Do not place or use any heat source (hobs, irons, ovens, etc.) on the washing machine.
