The clock can be set to scan the time signal manually by pressing the
scanning will stop. ( disappears from the LCD).
1.
Press
button (B4) for 3 seconds or enter time setting mode to stop scanning for the DCF time signal.
2.
The buttons will not function while the device is scanning for the DCF time signal (approx. 10 minutes), until a good
reception of the signal is received or the reception/scanning mode is stopped manually.
3.
"DST" is shown in the LCD, if the device is in daylight saving time mode.
Manual time setting
1.
Press "MODE" button (B3) for 3 seconds to enter clock/calendar setting mode.
2.
Press buttons "+" (B2) or "-" (B) to adjust the setting and press button "MODE" (B3) to confirm each setting.
3.
The setting sequence is as follows:
-
Hours, Minutes, Seconds, Year, Month, Day, Weekday Language, Country, City and Time Zone.
4.
8 languages can be selected for the weekday display, these are:
-
German, English, Russian, Danish, Dutch, Italian Spanish and French.
The languages and their relevant abbreviations for each day of the week are shown in the following table:

The time zone is used for the countries in which the DCF time signal can be received, but the time zone differs from the
German time zone.
When the country's time is one hour ahead of German time, the zone should be set to +1. Then the clock will automatically
set the time 1 hour later than the signal time received.
The device will automatically exit the time setting mode after 15 seconds, if no adjustments are made.
12-/24-hour display mode
Press the "12/24" button (2) to select 12- or 24-hour display mode.
2 daily alarm functions
Press "MODE" button (B3) briefly to show the following alarm display:

Time
Alarm Time 1 (appears in LCD)
When viewing Alarm Time 1 or Alarm Time 2, press "MODE" button (B3) for 3 seconds, to enter the alarm time setting of
the relevant alarm mode (1 or 2). Press button "+" (B2) or "-" (B4) to adjust the alarm time.
Press "MODE" button (B3) to confirm each setting.
When viewing Alarm Time 1 or Alarm Time 2, press "ALARM" button (B5) briefly to switch the relevant alarm ON or OFF.
Press "MODE"(B3), "+"(B2), "-"(B4) or "SUN/MOON" (1) button to stop the alarm when it sounds.
