Troubleshooting Guide
Symptom
No light from Sander LED when
switched on.
The sander LED is red and the sander
is slowing down to 4000 RPM when
sanding.
The sander LED is red and RPM is
slightly reduced.
Break seal do not work.
Disposal Information

Possible Cause
Power cord not properly attached to
the sander or to the mains socket.
Temperature too high in the sander.
Too heavy long term load.
Too heavy short term load.
Worn out brake seal or damaged
spindle bearing.

Solution
Connect it properly.
Have lighter load to the sander for
some time and the sander will speed
up again.
Use lighter load and the LED will
automatically change to green.
Check and replace if needed break
seal or spindle bearing.
