fastener (2) in order to fold down the handle for
transport.
►The carrying grip (19) may be use
3.2 Mounting segments (C)
► Information on quick exchange of grinding
segments
- The grinding segments are inserted into
the groove and wedged outward by hammering
slightly (soft-head hammer).
- When grinding, the centrifugal force presses the
grinding segments to the outside.
- To replace worn segments, strike them to the
inside with a gentle hammer blow.
When centered, they can be removed easily.
3.3 Recommended segments (D)

3.4 Set level regulator / body carriage (E)
► The machine must be positioned horizontally
when sanding/milling segments are attached.
For this purpose, the body carriage (7) may be
re-adjusted via the elongated holes of the level

If the sanding segments have been used up, then
the machine may also be re-adjusted via the level
regulator (6) and positioned horizontally again.
The position may be checked using the provid
spirit level on the motor head
