GENERAL FEATURES

ALCAD’s “2-WIRE PRO” application makes it possible for you to create a file on your PC
containing all the information for the electronic directory of the entrance panel with keypad
and TFT screen. You can then transfer all this information to the entrance panel itself using
a USB memory stick (or pen drive).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Before installing and starting to use the “2-WIRE PRO” application, make sure that your PC
is equipped as follows:
HARDWARE
An available 1.1 or 2.0 USB port
A CD-ROM drive
10 MB of available space on the hard disk.
SOFTWARE
Operating system: Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7.
Note: Similarly, you need a USB memory stick (pen drive) with a FAT32 partition to be able
to transfer the electronic directory information from your PC to the entrance panel with numeric
keypad and TFT screen. (See the technical datasheet of the entrance panel.)

INSTALLATION OF THE “2-WIRE PRO” APPLICATION

Once you have located the “2-WIRE PRO” files, you can proceed to installing the program.
The process is simple and intuitive, making it easy for the user to install the software on the
PC. The steps to be followed during installation are set out below.
In the “2-WIRE PRO” folder, double-click on “ ”.
