Appliance maintenance

Disconnect the appliance prior to each process.

Cleaning the oven

Wait for the oven to cool down before removing any accessories; wash these separately in hot, soapy
water, and dry them thoroughly.
Wash the inside of the oven with hot, soapy water and wipe with a damp cloth.
Leave the door open until the inside is dry before replacing accessories.
Clean the oven after each use, especially after cooking which causes splashes; these may be difficult to
remove at a later date.
Do not use abrasive pads or wire scrapers to clean the glass of the oven door, as they can scratch the
surface and cause the glass to rupture.

Cleaning the appliance

You should regularly wipe down the control panel, the oven door and the sides of the oven, using a soft
cloth and mild liquid detergent in order to avoid damaging painted or enameled surfaces.
Clean the appliance with hot, soapy water or with non-abrasive detergents.
Never use abrasive pads to clean enamel, chrome or stainless steel surfaces.

Dismounting the door

We recommend that you have someone to help you when removing the door.
1. Open the door fully.
2. The door hinges have small latches; raise them as shown in the
adjacent image:
In order to replace the door, place it in an open position and insert the bolts of the two latches in place.
Then, open and close the door to ensure it has been correctly installed.
3. Gently lift the door as if closing it, then with two hands supporting it,
pull it away from the oven.
