PROBLEM
No solution flow.
Solution flow does not stop.
Will not pick up any water
from floor.
Will Not Pick Up All Of The

TROUBLE-SHOOTING
repair.
CAUSE
Clogged filter.
The solution valve is closed.
Obstruction in the solution hose.
Solution valve or linkage damaged.
Solution hose kinked.
Solution tank is empty.
The solution valve or linkage is damage.
Solution valve seat is dirty
Damaged seat in valve.
Hose disconnected or damaged.
Squeegee is up.
Squeegee hose is off.
Vacuum motor switch is off.
Recovery tank is full.
Vacuum shut-off float is stuck.
Obstruction / damage in the squeegee, squeegee
hose or standpipe.
Leaking over gasket.
Vacuum motor is not running.
Recovery drain hose not plugged properly.
Debris on squeegee blades.
Squeegee blade is worn / damaged.
Obstruction / damage in the squeegee, squeegee
hose, or standpipe.
Squeegee angle needs adjustment.
Vacuum motor worn out.
Vacuum filter clogged.
Electrolyte level is too low.
Tops of batteries are dirty / wet.
Battery terminals are dirty / damaged.
Batteries are not fully charged.
Battery(s) defective or worn out.
Damaged Charger
Brush / pad is worn.
Damage to brush assembly; casters or solution
valve.
Hoses may be kinked or obstructed
Battery cables loose or not connected.
Circuit breaker tripped.
Batteries not charged.
Battery charger was unplugged before the charge
cycle was completed.
Turned off, water valve is off, brushes turned off
Improper wiring
Sensor plugged
Vacuum leak at fittings on bottle cap, Squeeze
tube cracked, chemical bottle empty
SOLUTION
Clean filter.
Open the solution valve.
Remove the obstruction.
Repair / replace the valve linkage.
Check for kinks at valve and remove.
Fill the tank.
Repair / replace the valve linkage.
Have an authorized serviceman repair.
Replace valve.
Reinstall or replace hose.
Lower squeegee.
Reinstall hose.
Turn vacuum motor switch "on".
Empty tank.
Clean screen and remove obstruction.
Remove obstruction / repair damage.
Remove old gasket / replace.
Have authorized serviceman repair.
Install drain hose plug properly.
Clean squeegee.
Reverse / replace squeegee blade.
Remove obstruction / repair damage.
Adjust angle.
Have authorized serviceman repair.
Clean vacuum filter.
Add distilled water to cover plates and charge. Fill
to correct level after charging.
Clean / dry, & clean terminals.
Clean terminals and connectors. Replace
damaged cables. Check water & Charge.
Charge batteries until charger indicates full charge
cycle is complete.
Check for battery charger fault codes while the
battery charger is operating. Have an authorized
serviceman test the batteries (s.g./charged
volts/load test).
Have an authorized serviceman repair.
Replace brush / pads.
Have an authorized serviceman repair.
Repair / remove obstruction.
Check and connect or tighten.
Reset circuit breaker.
Charge batteries.
Wait (up to five minutes) and try again.
Ensure pump, solution valve, and brushes are on.
Inspect/repair by qualified technician
Remove sensor and blow air (5psi [.03MPa] max)
thru in the opposite direction as the arrow on the
part to clear the obstruction.
Check fittings at bottle cap for leaks.
Replace squeeze tube if cracked. Fill chemical
bottle.
