This unit corresponds to the directive 89/336/EEC
for electromagnetic compatibility.
The camera is only suitable for indoor use. For out-
side mounting is must be placed into a weather-
proof protection housing.
Protect the camera against impurities, humidity,
and heat (admissible ambient temperature range
0–40 °C).
For the cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, by no
means chemicals or water.
If the camera is used for purposes other than orig-
inally intended, if it is connected in the wrong way
or not repaired by authorized, skilled personnel,
there is no liability for possible damage.
If the camera is to be put out of operation defini-
tively, bring it to a local recycling plant for disposal.
3 Applications
The PAL colour camera TVCCD-400COL has es-
pecially been designed for the use in monitoring and
alarm systems. Its low dimensions make an easy
mounting possible at any desired place.
The camera is equipped with an automatic gain
control (AGC), an automatic electronic shutter
