6. Commissioning
Before plugging in, check that the rated mains
voltage and mains frequency, as stated on the
type plate match your power supply.
Always install an RCD with a maximum trip
current of 30 ma upstream.

7.1
Switching On and Off
Switching on:
Move switch (1) to "I" position.
Switching off:
Move switch (1) to "O" position.
7.2
Attaching, removing adhesive sanding
sheet
To fit
Press adhesive sanding sheet (13) on to the
sanding plate (10).
Removal
Remove adhesive sanding sheet (13) from the
sanding plate (10).
7.3
Setting the oscillating frequency
Rotate adjustment setting wheel (2) and set
oscillation speed (smooth setting possible, even
during operation).

Polishing (when using adhesive polishing
felt, adhesive polishing fleece or adhesive

Aligning grinding plate
You can align the grinding plate in 60° steps as
required.
Move grinding plate (10) down.
At the same time, rotate the grinding plate (10) into
the desired position.
Release grinding plate (10), if necessary, continue
turning until it locks.

Removing, attaching grinding plate
Removal
Remove the adhesive sanding sheet (13).
Loosen hexagon socket screw (12) with hexagon
spanner (6) and screw out.
Remove spring (11) from the insert in the grinding
plate (10).
Remove grinding plate (10).

To fit
Place the grinding plate (10) such that it locks and
can no longer be rotated.
Place spring (11) into the insert in the grinding plate
(10).
Screw hexagon socket screw (12) with hexagon
spanner (6).

Removing, attaching dust cassette
Removal

Push the locking hook on the dust cassette (9) and
remove the dust cassette from the back.
To fit
Push the locking hook on the dust cassette (9) and
insert the dust cassette to the stop on the triangle
cutter.
Locking hook must lock on the triangle cutter.

Changing dust filter
Remove dust cassette (9).
Remove cover (7).
Remove dust filter (8).
Push new dust filter (8) so far into the dust cassette
(9) that is does not protrude.
Attach cover (7).
Attach dust cassette (9).
8. Cleaning, Maintenance
Clean suction channel
Clean suction channel if it is blocked and is thereby
hindering the extraction.
Remove dust cassette (9) or the extraction sockets
(3).
