Magnetic Sleeve (Fig.5)
The magnetic sleeve holds the head of the
inserted nail against the recessed hammer-
head for the beginning of nail driving. The
sleeve retracts at the end of nail driving to allow
the hammer-head to drive the nail head flush
with the workpiece surface.
Hammering Nails (Fig. 6)
1. Attach the battery pack to the auto hammer.
2. Secure the material to be nailed with clamps
to keep it from moving when hammering.
3. Set the hammer head to the angle
appropriate for your job.
For hammering nails on the floor or ceiling, set
your hammer-head at 0°as shown in Fig. 6.
For hammering nails on the walls or other
vertical surfaces, set your hammer-head at
90° (Fig. 6a).
For hammering nails on an angle or in tight
places, set your hammer-head at 45° (Fig. 6b).

4. Insert the head of the nail into the magnetic sleeve and up against the hammer-head, where
it will be held in place by magnetic force. Place the tip of the nail against the workpiece.
WARNING
hammer-head would move, causing serious personal injury.
Before depressing the trigger switch to start hammering, make sure that
the articulating head of the auto hammer is locked in place. Otherwise, the
