Before Use / Assembly

1. Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness (see above) and
possible transport damage. If you should fi nd any transport damage, do not use the
device(!), but contact the customer service department immediately.
2. The device has three resistance levels: easy (16 kg), medium (20 kg) and hard (26 kg).
Depending on the resistance level you want, the two bars (1, 4) are mounted as
shown below:

3. Arrange the two joints (3, 5)
so that the markings R (right)
and L (left) face each other, i.e.
face inwards.
4. Turn the large (1) and small
(4) bar so that the desired
resistance level is achieved
(see step 2), and plug onto
the joints (3, 5) until the lock-
ing lugs engage in the drilled
holes.
