General Information about the Exercise Programme

It is not about doing a few exercises quickly, but about training regularly over a long pe-
riod of time. This means that the training can benefi t your health.
It is recommended that you train with the device two to three times a week. You should
take a break of one day between two training sessions. Even advanced users who want
to train more regularly should take a break for at least two days a week.
How quickly progress is made depends on a person's particular physical condition. You
should start slowly and give the body time to adjust.

Before Training

CAUTION!
To ensure that nothing can become caught in the device, make sure that:
– the clothing worn for training is breathable and comfortable, but is not too wide,
– long hair is tied up and
– jewellery is removed.
Never train on a full stomach. Do not eat anything for approx. one hour before and
after training.
1. Assemble the device so that it corresponds to the resistance level you want (see
"Before Use / Assembly").
2. Make sure you have water or another drink to hand so that you can replenish any
liquid during your workout.
3. It is recommended that you place a gym mat on the fl oor.
4. Make sure you have enough free space to perform the exercises.
5. Prepare the body for the actual workout with a few warm-up exercises. A few exam-
ples of warm-up exercises are compiled below.
