Troubleshooting
Problem
Induction cooktop does not turn
on.
The HE TING lamp blinks and the
cookware does not get warm.
Heat suddenly goes off during the
cooking process.
The heat is too low.

Possible cause
1. No power input
2. Internal defect
1. The cookware is not suitable for
induction cooking or the
diameter is too small.
2. The cooking container is not
centred on the glass ceramic
surface.
1. The induction cooktop is
internally overheated.
2. The cookware is overheated
because it is empty.
1. The cookware is not flat or the
material is unsuitable.
Solution
1. Plug the power cord into a -
suitable socket. Make sure the
socket has the proper voltage.
2. Contact your dealer or service
office.

2. Make sure the cookware is
centred on the rings on the glass
ceramic surface.
1. Ensure good air circulation as
described in Chapter 4.1.
2. Carefully remove the cookware
from the glass ceramic surface
and allow the appliance to cool
down.
