Where and where not to set it up

• Set up the induction cooktop in a place where it is stable and horizontal.
• Do not set up the induction cooktop next to or on hot surfaces (heaters, burners or other sources of heat). This
presents a danger of fire or short circuit!
• Do not place the induction cooktop on or next to flammable materials!
• Make sure that enough cold air can be drawn in from the front side (max. 40°C). Keep a distance of at least 5 cm
between the back of the appliance and the nearest wall so that the warm exhaust air can escape unhindered.
• In case the induction cooktop is on a tablecloth, make sure that it is stretched out sufficiently and cannot be drawn
in by the fan. If this happens, the appliance cannot draw in enough fresh air and will shut off automatically within
a few minutes to prevent overheating.
