Function

A high frequency induction coil (20-35 kHz) is located immediately beneath the glass ceramic surface. This heats
the cookware on the glass ceramic surface. The heat thus arises in the cookware. This makes it possible to cook
very efficiently, as there is little loss of heat between the induction cooktop and cookware.
Induction reacts immediately. The heat is there in seconds after the induction cooktop is switched on and is gone
just as quickly after it is switched off. This can be best compared with cooking on a gas stove.
