SOLUTIONS
Check :
the connection of the mains plug
the mains voltage preceding and after the FI 1 filter
the mains voltage preceding and after the M/A
CM1 selector switch
Replace the F1 fuse.
Check the + 15 V power supply voltage on the
regulation card.
Check the connections.
Check the connections - Check the proper
positioning of the B8 connector.
Check CM2.
Check the proper positioning of B6 and B7
connectors.
Check the mains,
if possible, connect the equipment to another socket.
Let the equipment cool down - automatic restart
Clear the front and rear parts of the power-source in
order not to block the air passages
Check the fan's condition (rotor blocked, etc..)
Check the fan's 24 V power supply.
If the defect lamp remains on permanently :
cut the power-source power supply
wait a few seconds
restart the power-source
Check the mains.
Check the power supply cable section; avoid using
long electric extension cords
Check the conformity of polarities with the electrode
used.
Check the adjustment of the process selector-switch
(CM2) in coated electrode position.
Check sharpening of electrode.
Check the adjustment of the process selector-switch
(CM2) in TIG position.
Check inlet of gas at power-source, the torch
connection.
