raclette cheese, sliced
Freshly ground pepper, sweet pepper
1 kg
small potatoes (e.g. Nicola potatoes cooked with the skins)

Melt raclette cheese slices on the raclette spatulas.

Use the scraper to push it onto the plate. Season as desired. Serve with potatoes and side dishes.

Beef medallions
Veal medallions
Pork medallions
Small sausages or Chipolata sausages

Lamb fi llet (boneless pieces of lamb)
Various small shish kebabs
