CHECKLIST FOR PROBLEMS
If the machine is not working as it should, first check this checklist to see if the
problem can be easily resolved.
Note: Never try to repair the machine yourself.
Problem
The machine does not start up.
There are ice crystals on the bowl.
The ice cream comes out of the bowl
during churning.
The ice cream is still too runny.
The device turns itself off.
Possible Cause/Solution
Put the plug into the outlet.
Completely dry the bowl and put the
bowl in a freezer bag before putting it
into the freezer.
The mixture works itself upward during
churning. Use a smaller amount of the
mixture.
Were the bowl and the mixture cold
enough? Put the ice cream into the
freezer to harden further.
The overheating safety switch has
probably engaged. Pull the plug and wait
until the motor has cooled.
