Explanation of functions/terms used
Manual/automatic sliding switch
In the 'Man' sliding switch setting, only manual command controls
and alarm signals are carried out (e. g.: UP, STOP, DOWN by
pressing the relevant buttons and wind alarm).
If the sliding switch setting is changed from 'Man' to 'Auto', the
awning automatically moves to the upper end limit. The sun
protection function is then activated.
In the 'Auto' sliding switch setting, automatic command controls
are carried out (e. g. sunshade function, automatic time com-
mands of an additional transmitter...).
Twilight travel
In automatic mode the curtain automatically moves to the upper
end limit during twilight hours and sunrise, even if the awning has
been moved manually. This function ensures that the awning does
not remain extended overnight and that the sun protection func-
tion restarts on the following day.
Transmission control light
A radio signal is indicated by the transmission control light being
lit.
If the battery starts running out, the transmission control light
flashes during transmission. The transmitter power and/or radio
range is reduced when the battery is running low. If the trans-
mission control light is no longer lit when the button is pressed,
the batteries must be changed.
Group control
Group control means controlling one or several receivers at
the same time. The selected group is activated using a single
command.
When the i-R Marki Send WS is operated, the group is controlled
by means of one radio channel.
