The oven is equipped with self-cleaning catalytic walls (rough coating), they have the advantage to consume
the cooking fat projections when the oven is in use.
They require no maintenance other than to remove pieces of food that could be affixed
Other smooth elements can be cleaned with a suitable detergent.
Never scrape the interior parts of the oven as this could damage them.
Clean the oven accessories (grids, plates ..) with hot water and detergent.
Never cover a part of the oven with aluminum foil. This would result in an accumulation of heat that could
damage the enamel.
For a more complete cleaning of the oven, it is recommended for the door
what follows
Open the door fully, turn the two caps situated on the arm of the hinge to
180 °, partially close the door to an angle of 30 °, lift the door and remove it.
Replace the door by repeating the above steps in reverse.
Periodic inspection
the replacement by qualified technicians as soon as possible after finding abnormalities. An annual
replacement is also highly recommended.
Solving technical problems
If the device does not operate normally, check the following before asking for help:
The gas flow rate appears abnormal
Make sure that :
The burner holes are not blocked
The pressure regulator works
The valve is fully open
If there is a gas odor in the room
Make sure that :
The gas valve is not open
The gas supply tube is well positioned and in good condition. Remember to replace it at least once a year.
The oven does not heat
Make sure that :
The oven knobs are in the correct position.
The cooking time is not too long
Make sure the temperature is correct for the type of food to be cooked.
If after following all the above checks, the device still does not work, call your dealer or the nearest technical
service in order to get assistance.
