1. INTRODUCTION
Bain Maries from Royal Catering are modern counter heat which are being heated
with hot water. They are very convincing with form and quality. Bain Maries are pro-
duced using only high quality materials. They are equipped with thermostat, which
allows for heating up to 95⁰C. Some of the models are equipped with drain valves
(list of all models is presented in the "Technical data").
2. INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Before use, make sure that power source connection is appropriate.
2.
Unpack the device and place on a strong level surface.
3.
Fill the internal element with water.
4.
Make sure that the temperature is on "0" position.
5.
Plug into power supply and switch on the device (control light turns on).
6.
Turn to required temperature (control light turns on):
a: Settings 4-6 are designed for initial warm-up;
b: Normal control settings range from1-3;
c: Once the Bain-marie has reached the desired temperature, adjust the tempe-
rature control dial to a lower setting. It is recommended that the lowest
possible setting that maintains food serving temperatures be used.
Note: the temperature control settings are as follows:
1 – 50⁰C, 2 – 60⁰C, 3 – 70⁰C, 4 – 80⁰C, 5 – 90⁰C, 6 – 95⁰C.

Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in use.
8.
Never move or carry the Bain-marie when it is "ON" or if it is full of hot liquids.
9.
Do not attempt to repair or replace the power cord if it becomes damaged.
Contact a qualified service agent.
10. Be careful not to touch any hot surfaces. Make sure the power cord does not
come in contact with any hot surfaces.
The temperature will automatically cut in and out as the temperature of the water
falls and rises.
3. CLEANING
1.
Allow machines water to cool down first.
2.
Turn temperature to 0 and unplug the machine from the power.
3.
Drain water from the container.
4.
Wipe clean with cloth.
