Checks prior to initial start-up
Prior to starting up the appliance, the
following issues must be checked.
• Assembly of the burner according to
the instructions specified herein.
• Pre-setting of the burner according to
the indications appearing in the
adjustment table.
• Combustion components • The heat
generator must be ready for use, the
assembly instructions of the heat
generator must be observed.
• All electrical connections must be
carried out correctly.
• The heat generator and heating
system must be full of water, the

The electrical system and connection
operations must be carried out
exclusively by authorised and
specialised personnel.
In this regard, it is important to observe
all the applicable regulations and
directives.
The power supply system must be
equipped with a Type-A residual current
device.
It is compulsory to observe the
applicable provisions and directives,
in addition to the electrical diagram
supplied with the burner!

Electrode position
NB: always check the position of the
electrodes after mounting the nozzle
(see picture). Their incorrect positioning
may lead to ignition problems.

• Verify that the mains voltage conforms
to the indicated operating voltage (230
V, 50 Hz), single-phase power with
neutral and earth wires. Fuse on the
boiler: 5 A.
Electrical connections (plug-in)
The burner must be disconnectable
from the mains electricity through one of
the corresponding omnipolar cut-off
devices conforming to the applicable
regulations. Burners and heat genera-
tors (boilers) are connected to each
other via a 7-pole Wieland plug connec-
tion (Fig. 1).
