The rotating table engages in
positive stops at the 0°, 15°, 22.5°,
31.6°, 45°, and 60° position.

Adjustable stop positions:
In addition to the positive stops any
desired stop position can be set:
Push notch lever (56) so far down

tion.

Turn rotating table until it engages.

Rotate rotating table to the mitre
angle that is to be set as stop posi-
tion.

Tighten locking lever.
To use the positive stops again the
notch lever needs to be returned to its
upper position. When in lower position
the rotating table will only engage at the
adjustable stop position.

Bevel cuts

Note:
A bevel cut cuts the workpiece at
an angle other than 90° against its sur-
face. Depending on the angle of inclina-
tion it may be necessary to remove the
movable fence halves before cutting.

Starting position:
− Sawhead fully raised.
− Movable fence halves pushed apart
and arrested in position.
− Cutting depth limiter engaged in

− Locking screw of the track arm loos-
ened.
Cutting the workpiece:
Loosen the ratchet lock lever (59)

Compound mitre cuts

Note:
The compound mitre cut is a
combination of mitre and bevel cut. This
means the workpiece is cut at an angle
other than 90° against the rear guide
edge and against its surface. Depending
on the mitre angle and bevel tilt it may
be necessary to remove the movable
fence halves before cutting.
A
Danger!
When
cutting
mitres the saw blade is much more
exposed than normally - increased
risk of injury. Always keep sufficient
distance to the saw blade.
