Use

ATTENTION!
❐ Do not use the device under a blanket or the like in order to prevent overheating.
❐ Do subject the pillow to excessive loads by forcefully squeezing, bending or compressing it.

2. Use the Mode button to activate the noise sensor and set the sensor sensitivity with the
control knob (see section "Control panel"). The fi rst time you use the device, we recommend
selecting an intermediate setting that you can adjust as needed.
5. You can now lay your head on the pillow, relax and fall asleep.
6. If the noise sensor detects noise from snoring, the air chamber in the pillow will be infl ated.
This will change the position of your head, which should stop the snoring. This is because
rolling your head over for example increases the distance between the tongue and your
throat, which opens up your respiratory tract. Afterwards, the pillow will automatically de-
crease its height.

Cleaning

ATTENTION!
❐ The pillow may not be washed or dry cleaned. Only the slipcover is washable.
• Take off the slipcover in order to clean the pillow. Then air out the pillow, vacuum it off with a
vacuum cleaner or carefully wipe it off with a damp cloth to remove any spots on the surface.
• Wash the slipcover according to the instructions on the care label (inside of the cover).

Storage

• Store the device in a dry area that it not exposed to direct sunlight at an appropriate room
temperature (+5 to +45°C) so that it is not accessible to children and animals.
• When storing the device, do not apply excessive pressure when folding it up and do not use
any force. It could be damaged as a result.
• Do not wrap the power cable around the mains adapter.
• If possible, only pack the device in the original packaging for transport.

3. Place the pillow on your bed and test the pillow height. You can
change the height by pushing the  buttons.
4. Once you have selected the correct pillow height, slip the cover
over the pillow. (If you like, you can also slip a conventional
pillow cover over the pillow. Please keep in mind that this may
impair access to the control elements.)
