❐ Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe temperature fl uctuations or
direct sunlight.
❐ Ensure that the device does not fall in water or is at risk of getting wet.
❐ Always place the device on a dry surface.
❐ Only use the enclosed mains adapter. Do not use the adapter for other devices.
❐ Only connect the mains adapter to a properly installed socket. The socket must also be easily
accessible after the device has been connected. The mains voltage must correspond to the
technical data of the device. Only use proper extension cords, whose technical data corre-
spond to those of the device.
❐ Ensure that the device and the connected mains cord do not represent a tripping hazard.
❐ Lay the cable such that it is not crushed or creased and such that it does not come into
contact with hot surfaces.
❐ Do not use any additional accessories.
❐ Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong percussions.
❐ Keep the device away from sharp objects.
❐ Do not poke the device with any safety needles, pins or other pointy objects.
❐ Never stand on the device. Do not subject the pillow to excessive stress by forcefully squeez-
ing, bending or compressing it.
❐ Check the device for damages prior to each use. If the device, the cord or the mains adapter
exhibit visible damages, the device may not be used.
❐ In the event of damages/malfunctions, immediately deactivate the device.
❐ If the device is defective, do not attempt to repair it yourself. In the event of damage, contact
the customer service department.
❐ Immediately disconnect the device from the power supply.

– if a fault occurs during operation,
– before a storm,
– before you clean it.
❐ Turn off the device when it is not in use.
❐ If you wish to remove the mains adapter from the socket, do not pull on the cable, but on the
plug. Only take hold of the mains plug when your hands are dry.

Warranty conditions

Defects arising due to improper handling, damage or attempts at repair are excluded from the
warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear.
