Proper use

❐ The device is a pillow that is capable of reducing snoring. It is only intended for normal (com-
pensated) snoring without the presence of illness.
❐ This device may be used by children ages 8 and over as well as persons with impaired phys-
ical, sensory or mental capacities or those lacking experience and/or knowledge if they are
supervised or have been instructed in how to safely use the device and have understood the
risks associated with operating the device. Children may not play with the device. Children
may not perform cleaning and user maintenance of the device unless they are 8 years of age
or older and are supervised.
❐ Keep children under 8 years of age and animals away from the device and the connection line.
❐ The device is intended for domestic, not commercial use.
❐ Only use the device as described in these instructions. Any other use is deemed improper.
❐ The device is not intended to be operated with an external timer or a separate telecontrol
system.

Risks of injury

❐ The device is not a toy. Do not leave the device near children and animals if they are not
under supervision.
❐ Keep children and animals away from the packaging.
❐ Do not use the device if you suffer from
– spinal column discomfort
– convalescence following a operation on a slipped disc
– positional vertigo
– sleep apnoea syndrome and associated arousals.
❐ Pregnant persons should not use the device or only after having consulted their physician.
❐ Persons with a pacemaker may only use the device after having consulted their physician.
❐ If you have concerns relating to your health, consult your physician before using the device.
❐ Infants as well as sleeping or unconscious persons may not be set on the device.

Fire hazard

❐ This device may not be used in rooms containing highly fl ammable substances (e.g. petrol,
paints, solvents, gas).
Use
❐ Only use the device in closed spaces.
❐ Make sure that the device is used in a clean, dust-free environment with limited moisture.
Dust and moisture may reduce the life time or functionality of the equipment.
❐ Do not use the pillow if electrical blankets, hot-water bottles or other hot objects are nearby
as their high temperatures may damage the pillow or detriment its characteristics. Never
place the pillow in a laundry dryer!
