Carefully follow the sanitizing, rinsing and drying procedures to prevent proliferation of
harmful bacteria.

25.7 Clean the longitudinal sliding closures

Refer to chapters (chapter 25.1.), (chapter 25.2.), (chapter 25.5.) and proceed as described:
Step
1 lift and remove the closures, use two hands, use safety gloves (Fig.15)
2 gently place them on a flat surface, DO NOT break or damage them
3 clean as indicated for the glass parts (chapter 25.5)
4 reinstall the closures

25.8 Inspect the parts

Once you have completed sanitizing, rinsing and drying, proceed as follows:
Step
1 check that all parts are perfectly clean and dry
2 check that they are not damaged or too worn
3 replace worn parts with new parts supplied only by the manufacturer
4 install the parts perfectly dry
5 restore electrical power supply
Once the internal operating temperature has been reached, it is possible to load the products.

26. Load the refrigerant

DANGER! Coolant gas, high pressures. Explosion. Asphyxia, alteration of cardiac pace,
frostbite, anaesthetic effects.
DO NOT damage the coolant circuit.
BEFORE ANY OPERATION EMPTY THE ENTIRE SYSTEM!
WARNING! FIRE. Burns. Asphyxia
NEVER use naked flames and electrical tools next to gas
Only specialist technicians may recharge the refrigerant or work on the gas circuit according
to the European Regulation 842/2006.
Check that refrigerant circuit is perfectly sealed.
Only use original spare parts.
