Cause
The load on L1 is higher than 3 kW. Short
circuit on L1.
Current on L2 greater than 16 A.
Current on L3 greater than 16 A.
No current is flowing through L1/L2/L3.
L1/L2/L3 of HE 1 faulty. Phase L1/L2/L3
interrupted.
The load on L1 is higher than 3 kW. Short
circuit on L1.
Current on L2 greater than 16 A.
Current on L3 greater than 16 A.
No current is flowing through L1/L2/L3.
L1/L2/L3 of HE 2 faulty. Phase L1/L2/L3
interrupted.
Relay R2/R3 sticking.
TS input resistance less than 200 Ohm.
No PT1000 TS connected. TS defective.
No TS connected (input resistance greater
than 2000 Ohm). TS is activated (should
be deactivated). TS cable defective. TS
defective. No PT1000 TS connected.
ES is switched off/faulty. (922 only). TS
has not been fitted correctly. Heating sys-
tem has not been dimensioned properly
(hot water consumption too high, etc.).
HE/TS faulty.
ES switched off/defective. ES not connec-
ted to Ohmpilot. TS incorrectly mounted.
Heating system not dimensioned properly
(hot water consumption too high, etc.). TS
faulty.
Remedy
Check heating element 1.
Check wiring.
Check HE 1 and replace if
necessary.
Check L1/L2/L3. Check
L1/L2/L3 connections.
Check HE 2. Check wi-
ring.
Check HE2 and replace if
necessary.
Check L1/L2/L3. Check
L1/L2/L3 connections.
Replace Ohmpilot.
Check cable and connec-
tions on TS cable. Re-
place TS.
Connect TS to device. De-
activate TS via the web-
