Some Tips for grilling
In the interest of your health:
∙ Minced meat must be processed immediately
∙ Separate roasted poultry from raw meat, do not eat raw meat and always grill until
fully cooked.
∙ Cured meat and sausages should not be grilled too much.
∙ Starches (eg, bread, potatoes) must not be grilled too dark
