7.1

Inserting a blank

▷ Insert the blank shown on the machine screen
into the blank holder.

▷ Insert blank into holder to the stop and hold.
▷ Tighten screw with the provided torque screw-
driver until it "clicks".
7.2

Inserting/replacing a tool

At least two tools are mandatory for oper-
ation.
The tools are colour-coded depending on
application. They can be placed in any slot
of the tool holder. The detection of the
tool type and its wear takes place auto-
matically via RFID.

▷ In the start screen, press button
The screen displays:
To insert/replace a tool:

▷ Select desired tool location.
The screen displays:

Press Take
The blank holder moves to the insertion position
and the door opens.
▷ Insert tool into or remove from tool holder.
▷ Close door manually.
The automatic tool inventory is carried out.
The tools can be inserted via context menu
