End of operation

. Turn rotary switch to the 0 position.
● The indicator lights go out.
. Cleaning the appliance, see the following chapter 6. "Cleaning and care".
. Turn off the customer-provided mains switch.

. Place a container beneath the drain.
. Close the drain tap.

. Fill the pan with water to a depth of approx. 3
cm.
● The Gastronorm containers must have contact
with the water and must not float.
● To speed up the heating-up time: fill with hot
water and cover the pan while it is heating.
● Check the water level regularly while the appli­
ance is in use and top up with water as neces­
sary.

Switch on the appliance

. Switch on the appliance by turning the rotary
switch to the right and setting the desired tem­
perature between 50 to 90 °°C.
● The indicator lights light up.
● The yellow indicator lamp lights up while the
appliance heats up.
Inserting the Gastronorm container
. Place food in the Gastronorm containers and
insert the containers in the pan.
. Close the Gastronorm containers with lids.
● Covering the Gastronorm containers
‒ prevents the food from drying out and
‒ reduces energy consumption.
